Have this ready
- The parcel number (14 digits)
- Which bottles are broken or missing
- The purchase and sales value of those bottles, excl. VAT
- Your commercial sales invoice (PDF or photo)
- Your bank account number and account holder
The threshold is €30: purchase value of the bottles plus shipping and packaging. With Premium and Pulp inserts there is no threshold.
