About Vinologix
From a passion for wine to safe shipping
Vinologix is a family business, founded in 2006 out of a love for wine. Today we help everyone who ships bottles, with packaging, shipping and our own software.
Founder Michiel van der Weele saw that there was more good wine available than ever, but that the people selling it struggled with one thing: getting the bottles to their customers without breakage.
So that is where we began. We developed our own shipping boxes, with patented inserts that hold every bottle in place, from a single bottle to a magnum or a wooden case.
One box at a time,
one bottle at a time.
The boxes led to the rest. Customers asked us to arrange the shipping too, and then to help them keep track of all those parcels. Together with Curious BV we built Flow, our own shipping software, so that labels, pickups and track & trace are all in one place.
We still work the way we started: with a small team that knows its customers. When you call, you get someone who knows what you ship and with which carrier.
Today we ship for wine merchants, breweries, distillers and importers in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
